This past weekend I decided to take a little day trip down the Natchez Trace because it was just a beautiful day. When I arrived, I walked around the camping area and up to the old church. This campsite offers all the "fixins." There sites are setup for both RV and tent camping. As a child, I camped here many times, and I still do. Its a short 45 min drive south of Jackson, MS on the Natchez Trace. The drive down is very pleasant with fields and forests the whole way. If you have a chance to take this drive, do it. There is a lot more to see here, and I will soon revisit, but for now, here are a few pics of my little day trip.
